CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
MARKETING ALLIANCES - TOURISM MARKETING NETWORKS - CO-OPERATIVES
No matter what their name, groupings of tourism businesses can be found from Cape Reinga to Bluff. The concept of pooling marketing resources is an effective way of growing markets and market share, especially in the competitive international marketplace.
Inevitably as the alliance grows and the demands become greater, individual partners find it difficult to dedicate the necessary time to the alliance. It is quite right that an individual's first priority is to their own business, with an alliance a secondary consideration.
Engaging an independent third person to manage the marketing tactics, marketing campaign and sometimes the mechanics and administration of the partnership has proven to be a successful strategy.
Trish has experience managing the Backpacker Tourism Marketing Network and the New Zealand Ski Tourism Marketing Network.
