Events themselves generally have a fixed deadline and so thorough pre-planning, an aptitude for logistics and a calm approach are key to their successes.

Regional Tourism New Zealand
Regional Tourism Organisations of New Zealand (RTONZ) annual trade days (image above) with inbound tour companies.
Key Tasks include
Co-ordination of the venue to host 28 RTO's and over 100 Inbound tour company managers per day
Liaison with the venue, RTO's and IBO's
Management of the flow of the days' events

Past Events
Tourism Export Council Conference - Te Anau 2017
Provided services to the board of TECNZ for their annual conference in Te Anau. This was between CEO’s. Trish worked with the TECNZ office to ensure smooth running of the conference.
Tourism New Zealand
Tourism New Zealand's, KEA (Kiwi Expert Agent) Showcase Trade Day in Auckland 2003 and then again contracted for the Christchurch event in 2005.
Key Tasks:
Co-ordination of four function venues
Four exhibition display areas for 65 New Zealand tourism suppliers (exhibitors)
Various forms of innovative transport between each of the four venues
Movement of 120 KEA agents during the day, and on time
